Suppose you needed to make it so that people couldn't continually install trial versions of games, go to "coupon" and "contest" sites, prevent them from being able to run the PC out of resources by clicking a program 20 times to start it, because if it doesn't start instantly they click again, and again, and again, till the system runs so far out of resources all it can do is beep from the motherboard, so then they try and reboot 20 times, and get an hourglass and well, you get the picture. I want something that I can install that will somehow disable all input at a certain point, and let the PC breathe. Like a box that pops up on the screen and says HEY, hold the **** on! LOL
