What, in the expert opinion of this forum is the best internet optimizing program ?

I have used my share of tweaking programs, and I just used DRTCP, but with all the high rollers on here someone haas to have something they always use and swear by. What is it ? Thanks every one and have a gosh darn diddly good day.

I actually use DrTCP lol. For some reason speedtest.net won't show me going over 11Mb/sec and verizon won't show me going over 18Mbit/sec on a 20Mbit (maybe 25Mbit I forget) line. *shrug* but DrTCP is probably the best thing to edit with :\
